Genuine question: people who believe in flat earth and justify that ‘the water will fall off a globe earth’, is the flat earth also constantly falling??

One reason to justify flat earth ive seen people use is that 'water falls off a globe', but another reason is 'if the earth spins we would feel it and get blown off'.

So if flat earth exists, doesnt spin, and water can fall off the earth, then the earth should also fall. After all its just rocks and dirt. Why arent we in a constant state of falling?? We should be feeling the earth fall faster and faster. I should be feeling the wind go upwards perpetually.

So why dont i??
