I am not a flat earther, convince me to become one.

I have only one query though, I have a friend and my sister as well who live in the States. And I live in Asia, so whenever I talk to them in the day it's late in the night for them.
So, explain me this, how can earth be flat if the time is different. Wouldn't it mean the sun rises at the same time everywhere?

Or is it some sort of propaganda by the government? Like are they making my sister and friend say that its night even though its day there. Have they made an artificial sun?

Please enlighten me, all my flat earther brothers and sisters.
