This question may seem dumb but genuinely, why does the shape matter so much? I've seen very dedicated flat earthers around but why do y'all care if it's flat or round. Is it just the principle of possibly being lied to?
I'm not a flat earther and not looking to debate the shape of the earth, I don't care enough. Just this question I'm curious on!
