Both my dad and grandpa were commercial fishermen. Gramps was as salty as it gets. Had the ocean in his blood. So did Dad.
In 1997 the three of us circumnavigated the globe on my grandpa's boat, "Beatrice" using mainly Celestial navigation, also known as astronavigation, the practice of using stars and other celestial bodies to determine a navigator's position on Earth. It is one of the oldest practices in human history.
By no stretch of your conspiratorially susceptible imagination did we circumnavigate a flat disc you inconceivably gullible humans.
We did not sail across a flat circle. That just doesn't exist in this universe. Every time you spread the lie that it does, you are irresponsibly promoting  scientific illiteracy and dumbing us down as a species.
